Step 2: Place Your Order
Contact the West Marine International Customer Service team to complete your order:

West Marine will finalize your order and prepare it for transport.
Once West Marine notifies Tropic Ocean Airways of your delivery, our Cargo Team will:
- Log and confirm the request
- Review the order details (weight, size, destination, and timeline)
- Send you a quote for air transport, including estimated timing and charges
West Marine will coordinate delivery of your order to the Tropic Ocean Airways departure hub (FBO). You and Tropic will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline.
Tropic Ocean Airways will fly your items via:
- Scheduled flights (with or without you onboard), or
- Private charter flights tailored to your timing
Where We Deliver
Tropic Ocean Airways offers cargo and charter service to:
- The Bahamas
- Scheduled Flights: North Bimini, Marsh Harbour, North Eleuthera, and Cat Cay
- Private Charters: Any of the 700+ islands in The Bahamas, as well as destinations in Florida, the Florida Keys, and the Northeast U.S. (including the Hamptons, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, and other island-accessible locations)
