Step-by-Step Ordering Process

Step 2: Place Your Order
Contact the West Marine International Customer Service team to complete your order:

 

Step 3: West Marine Coordination
West Marine will finalize your order and prepare it for transport.

 

Step 4: Air Transport Quote from Tropic
Once West Marine notifies Tropic Ocean Airways of your delivery, our Cargo Team will:
  • Log and confirm the request
  • Review the order details (weight, size, destination, and timeline)
  • Send you a quote for air transport, including estimated timing and charges

 

Step 5: Delivery to Tropic Ocean Airways
West Marine will coordinate delivery of your order to the Tropic Ocean Airways departure hub (FBO). You and Tropic will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline.

 

Step 6: Air Transport & Final Delivery
Tropic Ocean Airways will fly your items via:
  • Scheduled flights (with or without you onboard), or
  • Private charter flights tailored to your timing
Final delivery will be made to your dock, marina, boat, or island destination.

    • Scheduled Flights: North Bimini, Marsh Harbour, North Eleuthera, and Cat Cay
