How to Ship Cargo

Step 1: Create Your Account

• Sign up to get started and speed up future shipments.
• Create your account here: https://apps6.tflite.com/Public/TOA/Account/SignUp

Step 2: Label Your Package Correctly

All packages must be addressed exactly as follows:

Unlabeled or incorrectly labeled packages may delay processing.

Step 3: Complete Your Cargo Form

• Submit your shipment details before or when your package arrives.
• Submit cargo form: https://flytropic.com/cargo/

Step 4: Track Delivery to Tropic Ocean

• Track your package from the shipper (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to our cargo office.
• Once all packages show as “Delivered,” email us at cargo@flytropic.com

Step 5: Payment

• We will contact you with your invoice once your shipment is prepared.

Payment must be completed before shipping.
Once paid, your cargo will go out on the next available flight.

Step 6: Track Your Shipment

• Use your booking number to track your shipment in real time: https://apps6.tflite.com/

Important Information

• You may purchase up to three (3) blocks per flight, subject to space and weight availability.

• Weight limits are strictly enforced. Items exceeding 100 lbs must be booked as an additional block.

• The maximum weight per individual item is 50 lbs. Items over this limit must be pre-approved at least 72 hours in advance and may incur additional fees for special handling.

• Items must be securely packaged. Tropic Ocean Airways is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

• Delivery date and time is not guaranteed until the Cargo Request form is completed and confirmation is sent.

Whether you’re purchasing a dedicated cargo block on our scheduled service to Bimini, Marsh Harbour, or North Eleuthera — or delivering provisions to a yacht deep in the Exumas — we’ve got you covered.

Dedicated Cargo Blocks (Up To 150 lbs) assuming no seats need to be removed

• Bimini: $300

• Marsh Harbour & North Eleuthera: $300

• All other destinations within the Bahamas: Charter pricing to be determined

Individual Item Pricing

• Items under 10 lbs: $25

• Items under 25 lbs: $50

• Items 26 lbs – 50 lbs: $100
