Travel Identification Requirements – Domestic and International

Effective May 7, 2025, all guests age 18 and older must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or valid passport to board domestic private charters with Tropic Ocean Airways. Passenger information must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure. For more on REAL ID, visit www.dhs.gov/real-id or contact our team directly.

For international travel, a valid passport is required for each traveler. Supporting documents such as visas, permits, or proof of return travel may also be required. Passenger information must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to departure.
